The companies chosen for ‘The Best Companies to Work for in Australia’, may be positioned as a Great Place to Work^® in the organisation’s communication initiatives.
Companies that are identified as ‘Best Companies’ receive substantial publicity. This recognition can be especially useful in the attraction and retention of the most talented workers. It can also be useful with customers and clients, who appreciate doing business with companies that are recognised as superlative employers.
